No, you don’t need to book in advance. PesuPoint operates on a self-service basis, so you can come whenever it suits you and choose an available machine.

Always select the wash program according to the care instructions of the textiles. The customer is responsible for choosing the correct program. Check the care labels of your clothes before washing to avoid damage to the textiles.

The machine can be loaded so that there is space for a clenched fist between the laundry and the top of the drum. An overfilled machine can reduce washing results.

No, you don’t need to. All washes include a pre-dosed fragrance-free, hypoallergenic detergent. We do not use fabric softeners or bleach.

Extra large wash has wash programs rug wash 30°C and 40°C. Unfortunately, there is no hanging-drying option in the laundromat. We are continuously improving our service – you can send feedback to info@pesupoint.fi

We do not recommend washing particularly delicate, hand-wash-only, or valuable textiles in the laundromat. Always check the care instructions before washing.

The wash and drying both take about 30 minutes. If needed, you can extend the drying time for an additional fee. During drying, the door can be opened to check the moisture level of the laundry. The customer is responsible for monitoring their laundry.
